The new I'm In The Right referral program was created to reward our customers for something that they already do for free: recommend us to their friends.

Now every time you recommend us to a friend, you will receive $100 Referral Reward. *

Referring a friend is easy: all you need to do is have your referee quote your membership number to our team upon signing on to our service.

There are two ways to sign-up with I'm In the Right: through our website under Apply or over the phone by calling 1300 00 4487.

To sign-up online, your referee will need to select "apply", fill out the mandatory information and select the option "Refer a Friend rewards". A new field will show up where they can insert your membership number.

To sign-up over the phone, your referee will need to provide their basic information and your membership number.

  • 1. Refer your friend to our 1300 00 4487 number or fill in the form on our website
  • 2. Your friend needs to quote your membership number when they first apply
  • 3. Once the application is approved and your friend logs in seven days (at minimum) in our replacement car, we will arrange for your referral incentive

1. Introduction

(a) The I'm In The Right (IITR) Refer a Friend Program is a referral program intended to reward current and former IITR customers who refer a friend or family member to IITR.

(b) By participating in the IITR Refer a Friend Program (the "Promotion"), you (the "Referrer") are accepting these terms and conditions (the "Terms") and agreeing to IITR contacting you about the Promotion.

2. Promotion Period

(a) The Promotion runs from 01/04/2020 until 01/04/2021 (the “Promotion Period”).

(b) IITR reserves the right to end the Promotion Period early.

3. Referral Rewards

(a) A "Referral Reward" consists of a $100 payment for each friend or family member (the "Referee") referred to IITR.

(b) Referral Rewards are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

4. Eligibility

(a) The Referrer must be a current or former IITR customer

(b) The Referee must provide the Referrer's membership number when applying for an accident replacement vehicle with IITR

(c) The Referee must be eligible for an accident replacement vehicle, as determined by IITR, in its absolute discretion

(d) The Referee must sign the I'm in the Right Hire and Recovery Agreement and abide by its terms

(e) The Referee must hire an accident replacement vehicle for a minimum period of 7 days

(f) The Referrer must provide details of their PayPal account to IITR for payment of the Referral Reward

5. The Promotion

(a) If a Referee correctly follows the steps in clauses 5(b) and (c) and satisfies the eligibility criteria in clause 4, the Referrer will be eligible for a Referral Reward.

(b) If applying online, the Referee must click on "Apply", complete the online form, click on "Refer a Friend Program" and enter the Referrer's membership number.

(c) If applying by phone, the Referee must provide the Referrer's membership number to an IITR team member.

6. Payment

(a) You will receive the Referral Reward via your nominated PayPal account within 14 days of the eligibility criteria in clause 4 being satisfied (i.e. usually 14 days after the end of the 7-day minimum hire period).

7. Other Important Information

(a) IITR may:
(i) stop you from participating in the Promotion or claiming a Referral Reward,
(ii) revoke any Referral Rewards, or
(iii) block you from participating in future promotional activities in each case, if it considers, in its reasonable opinion, that you are acting contrary to these Terms, the spirit of these Terms or that you are unfairly taking advantage of or are abusing the Promotion in any way. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Promotion or from your enjoyment of a Referral Reward.

(b) This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly indicated.
